The TracasaWomenTIC group is made up of a dozen women from Tracasa Instrumental and Tracasa Global, public companies of the Government of Navarre attached to the Department of Universities, Innovation and Digital Transformation.
TracasaWomenTIC’s main objective is to bolster, through the personal and work experiences of its members, the visibility of women in the technology sector, and to kindle interest in studies related to Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).
The group’s founding (created in November 2022) is aligned with the work that the Government of Navarre has been doing to promote STEM vocations among young women, and with the strategic plans of Tracasa Instrumental and Tracasa Global, which are committed to contributing, through their staff’s experiences, to strengthening the ICT sector in Navarre.
The group has a contact email address, (tracasawomentic@itracasa.es), and works together, holding regular meetings to carry out actions aimed at highlighting the work of women in the ICT sector in various spheres of our society, such as schools, institutes and universities.
