Utilities-Networks/GeoSAS
At Tracasa Global, we are leaders in the implementation of GIS (Geographic Information Systems) solutions for the smart management of water supply and sanitation networks.
Tracasa Global's GeoSAS services bring together all the knowledge and experience of our company on Geographic Information Systems in the water sector. They are configured on the Utility Network technology of Esri, a strategic partner of Tracasa Global since 2002, and allow us to achieve a solution that guarantees the entities responsible for managing the integral water cycle ideal conditions to efficiently manage their supply and sanitation networks.
A leading position in the national sector
Since 2009, with the first migration of systems to Esri technology in the Pamplona Region, Tracasa Global has become the company that has carried out the most implementations of GIS solutions for water management in Spain, establishing a position as a national leader within the sector.
Tracasa Global’s GeoSAS services are used by 21 entities that manage the integral water cycle in our country, in total serving more than 9 million people: the Region of Pamplona, Emalcsa, Consorcio de Aguas de Asturias (Water Consortium), Aljarafesa, Aguas de Cádiz, Aguas del Puerto de Santa María, Emasa, Facsa, Aguas de Burgos, Aguas de Gijón, EMAYA, EMACSA, ARECIAR, El Ejido, Acosol, GIAHSA, Acciona (DACUA Project), Chiclana Natural, Galasa, Ecociudad Zaragoza and Aquavall.

Personalized services with multiple benefits
Each implementation is designed and built taking into account the needs of the companies in charge of managing water networks, a scarce resource whose management is increasingly relevant in terms of sustainability.
Among the benefits that Tracasa Global’s GIS services provide to companies that manage water networks are:

• Better planning and optimization of water networks, since GIS allows for the viewing and analysis of geospatial data

• The detection of leaks and problems in the network, facilitating faster solutions for incidents

• Greater efficiency in the maintenance and management of network assets

• A reduction in operating costs as a result of improved efficiency and reduced water losses

• And better water management, in short, for the entire community.
