One of the traffic authorities’ main obligations is to keep citizens informed about how traffic might be affected by road-works, adverse weather conditions, accidents, etc. With this aim in mind, the Government of Navarra commissioned Tracasa to complete this project in 2011. The result of the project is this Internet portal allowing any incident in the region’s road network to be consulted in real time. The services and web application were consequently created so that control centre information could be available at all times.
The map application was developed from the Google Maps API.
